RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We’re confident you’ll love your new POP BAG!  But in the event your bag wasn’t what you had in mind, we’re here to help!

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery of your order. Merchandise being returned must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. 

EXCHANGES:

Please contact us at customerservice@popbagusa.com and we’ll help you find just the right piece and put it on hold for you. Your new item will ship as soon as we receive your return. Standard shipping and return shipping is provided free on all exchanges. 

RETURNS:

DAMAGED ITEMS:  We’re sticklers for detail, so we hope this never happens, but in event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify customerservice@popbagusa.com within 7 business days of delivery date for a replacement.

FINAL SALE:

Any item marked ‘Final Sale’ in its product description, is not eligible for return or refund.
