Pop Bag USA products are designed and produced in Italy, in our atelier in Sesto Fiorentino, near Florence. Every Pop bag is an ode to local craftsmen who display unparalleled artistry and have the highest of standards.
Our leather comes from Italy. Our mode of treatment and sorting criteria are exclusive to Pop Bag. Our brand is extremely selective of the leather used to create the bags.
Due to COVID-19, we had to close our retail location. Pop Bag products are now available to purchase exclusively on our website.
Pop Bag USA is a proud partner of Bottomless Closet, a New York City-based non-profit that empowers women. It provides essential resources to underserved women in New York to gain employment. 5% of all proceeds from Pop Bag sales goes to Bottomless Closet.
Design your Pop BAG
Designing your own Pop Bag is a fun and easy process. You can head over to our customizer page to create your own bag. There are a few steps to follow.
First, choose the size of your bag: small, medium and large. Second, you can then pick a front panel. Leather, PVC, canva, Swarovski crystals, glitter, the choice is yours. Third, you can choose the back panel.
The last step is choosing the handles for your bag. Our customizer makes the process of designing your own bag very simple yet empowering.
You can choose between three sizes of totes: small, medium and large.
You can personalize your Pop Bag using:

Yes, customers can purchase panels and other Pop Bag accessories separately. Pieces are made to be bought separately so that you can upgrade your bag any time you want.

No, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.
Pop Bag USA currently accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. All payments made on popbagusa.com are secure. Our website is https encrypted and pci compliant. Pop Bag USA does not store any of your payment information.
Pop Bag USA delivers within the continental United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. We also ship worldwide. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Freight Forwarding companies.
Pop Bag USA uses UPS to ship orders. Standard UPS ground shipping is free on all orders over $100 within the continental United States.
UPS 2nd Day Air and 1st Day Air shipping options are available at checkout. Charges are based on UPS calculations.
We offer international shipping via UPS to Canada.
Orders generally ship within 3 business days.
We suggest allowing 5 to 7 business days for delivery with UPS ground shipping.
A signature may be required on all Pop Bag USA shipments. Please refer to your UPS tracking number to follow your order’s delivery.
Yes. Custom and duty fees for international orders are billed upon package delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
The item(s) must be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. All returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.
Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Should the item be damaged, Pop Bag USA will provide customers with a prepaid shipping label.
To return an item, please email us as firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and RMA upon shipping.
Final sale orders are not eligible for a return.
It can be difficult to remove certain stains from leather. We suggest using a soft brush or a damp cloth to remove stains. Please, do refer to our leather care page for more guidance.
